I believe that every company, large or small, deserves to be given its best chance to succeed in the marketplace. What a company looks like on the outside – its appearance and the impression it gives – reflects, represents, and is as important as what a company is on the inside – the products and/or services offered, dependability, attitude, etc.
A company’s logo, stationary, advertisements, web site, uniforms, vehicle signs, store signs, and any other visual, audio, or printed presentations are all part of a company’s appearance. Like an individual looking to do well, a company should always dress for success – present a high-quality appearance and give a first-class impression.
This appearance is called an identity or brand. A well developed branding/identity system is what dresses a business for success.
